Someone asked us to talk about this question
"Are students with 9 CGPA 'ALWAYS ' better than those with 5,6,7,8 CGPA?"
Well I can answer this but I've found an epic answer of this on Quora by a guy of IIM,Kolkata I'll like to share that answer here.
The short answer to your question - Hell, NO!
You and your friend, both working in the same
company, move into a colony and buy a house each.
The houses are just a few blocks apart. At the time of buying the house, both houses look identical. Each
have a living room, a bed room, a kitchen and a balcony. The houses are completely devoid of any furnishings.
A few days later you pay a visit to him and find he has a sprawling carpet, brand new sofas, a comfortable bean bag and a LCD television in the living room. You also find he has a referigerator in his kitchen, a gas
connection, microwave and a lot of food ingredients and supply. He has comfortable mattresses in his bed room and a nice air conditioner. His balcony has
beautiful flower-bearing plants and a couple of rocking chairs to relax. The walls of his house have been beautifully painted in different shades and the floor is
sparkling clean. You return back to your own house, which is still more or less in the state it was in when you moved in. You've just bought enough stuff to be able to survive
and sleep after a long day's work. You have hardly paid any attention to maintaining the house. Your view of a house has been more as a place to stay than as a nice home. You start feeling sad for your own house and think about how much better his house is.
But what you don't realize is while he has been spending his weekends on making his house a 'home', you have been spending them in gigs with your rock band. You also managed to make some extra money
from that. So while his house is better, your bank account is better!
So,
Does your friend have a better house than you? Yes.
Is your friend more focussed on his house than music? Yes.
Does your friend have a keener sense in home
designing than music? Probably.
Did your friend work hard to make his house a
'home'? Probably.
Will your friend be better than you at music if he tries?
We don't know.
Is your friend always better than you? No.
Do you have a better bank account than your friend? Yes.
Are you more focussed on music than your house? Yes.
Do you have a keener sense in music than home designing? Probably.
Did you work hard to make that extra money?
Probably.
Will you be better than your friend at home designing
if you try? We don't know.
Are you always better than your friend? No.
And that's the truth of Life!
